Gotham developed and built this 22-story condominium building just steps from Carl Schurz Park. The team took care in executing the Italian Renaissance palazzo-style design, a nod to the pre-war architecture that defines Gracie Square in Manhattan. The property is embellished with cast stone bands above the third floor, and Indiana limestone along the perimeter of the first and second floors.

Individual residences, designed to evoke pre-war style, feature large one-of-a-kind layouts (including full floor and duplex units) with Crema-Marfil marble bathrooms, Juparana Moca granite kitchen surfacing and Santos mahogany wood floors laid in a true herringbone pattern. Massive windows allow streaming sunlight into the spacious rooms, as high ceilings imbue the 38 simplexes and duplexes with a dramatic sense of scale. The lobby is finely detailed in crotched mahogany millwork and a floor that blends three types of imported Italian marble.
