Covenant House

Located on 10^th Avenue between West 40^th and 41^st Street in Hudson Yards, Manhattan, the Development will consist of a new headquarters for Covenant House, an international non-profit that provides housing and support services to homeless teens. The new 78,000sf state-of-the-art facility will be dedicated to the empowerment of runaway and homeless youth, providing 160 beds of emergency shelter, as well as a federally qualified health center, employment training, and educational services.
