Gotham Point is a public-private partnership consisting of two mixed-use buildings in Long Island City, Queens totaling over 1 million sf. The North Tower will be a 56-story, 689-unit residential building with an 11-story special purposed wing including 98 senior independent living units that will be managed by RiseBoro Community Partnership. The North Tower will also feature ground floor retail, a below grade garage, and a publicly accessible rooftop urban farm. The South Tower will be a 33-story, 443-unit residential tower with a publicly accessible community boathouse. On the ground floor of the South Tower, there will be 3,000 square feet of retail space designated as Flux Factory’s new permanent home and fourth location, “Flux IV”, to support emerging artists with an artist-in-residency program.

This development will consist of 75% affordable housing available to families of low, moderate, and middle-income means, as well as 25% market-rate housing. Both towers will feature amenity spaces that foster healthy living and community engagement including a state-of-the-art fitness indoor & outdoor fitness club, dedicated co-working lounges, and a rooftop terrace.
