Hunter’s Point South is a public-private partnership consisting of two mixed-use buildings in Long Island City, Queens totaling over 1 million sf.  Sites F & G are being woven into the larger Hunter’s Point south affordable-housing community. The Parcel F tower will be a 56-story, approximately 680-unit residential building with an 11-story special purposed wing including approximately 90 senior independent living units. It will also feature ground floor retail, a below grade garage, and community facility space. The second tower will be a 33-story, approximately 450-unit residential tower with community facility space at the ground floor.

Together, sites F & G will consist of 80% affordable housing available to families of low, moderate, and middle-income means, as well as 20% market-rate housing. Both towers will feature amenity spaces that foster healthy living and community engagement including a state-of-the-art fitness center, co-working space, and a rooftop farm.
