The Suffolk, developed and owned by Gotham, is a 30-story mixed-use contextual high-rise that includes 378 luxury rentals, a total of 330,000 square feet and features over 18,000 square feet of small-format retail space at the ground floor and below grade. The Suffolk also serves as the flagship headquarters for the Chinese-American Planning Council (CPC), the nation’s largest Asian-American social services organization.

Ranging from studio to spacious three-bedroom homes,  along with a collection of Abode by Gotham homes featuring built-in, multifunctional furniture, the residences at The Suffolk offer a variety of choice for every lifestyle. Committed to an ethos preserving the cultural complexity of the Lower East Side, the interior design of the homes reflects the rich history of the neighborhood through natural materials, a balance of tactility, and artistic references and patterns. Warm woods stand in contrast to cool marbles, while intricate tiles call to mind the mosaics that appear throughout the subway system.

The full-service indoor and outdoor amenity collections offers dedicated spaces for socializing, collaborating and gathering and include a 24-hour attended lobby, personal concierge services, a state-of-the-art fitness club and yoga studio, resident & co-working lounges, and a rooftop pool. The public spaces, conceived by interior design firm JG Neukomm, create areas of tranquility and calm in contrast to the bustling city streets.

The Suffolk is centered in the heart of the revitalized Lower East Side, moments away from an incredible mix of activities and destinations: Essex Market, International Center for Photography, Chinatown, movie theaters, nightlife, bars, restaurants, and galleries.
